Upon receiving this form, the Carrier understands that they must proceed to prepare the invoice without errors and with a complete description exactly as detailed in the quotation approved by ECUACARGAS. If ECUACARGAS, upon verifying the invoice details, finds any inconsistencies with the quotation, payment will not proceed. The Carrier is responsible for canceling the invoice and issuing a new one.
