Storage Settlements
Dear customer, below we explain the steps to follow for payment of the following services:
Storage, weighing scale, and forklift, through the virtual banking of Banco de Guayaquil.
Dear customer, please enter your identification number and/or RUC.
Customer, request a staff member of ECUACARGAS Temporary Warehouse via email to send the invoice for the following services: Storage, weighing scale, or forklift. Through the email: auditoracalidad@ecuacargas.com
ECUACARGAS staff member proceeds to send the invoice with the settlement number indicated on the invoice.
Customer, once you receive the invoice, you can proceed with payment through online banking or in-person payment at Banco Guayaquil's branch.
Payment at the Counter: To make payment at the counter, you need to inform the cashier of the settlement number indicated on the invoice, for example:
1587007001000013709, and the name of the warehouse: DEPÓSITO TEMPORAL ECUACARGAS.
Once you access Banco Guayaquil´s portal, locate BANCA VIRTUAL.
Select PERSONAS (Individuals), and a new window will open where you need to enter your username and password.
Select PAGO DE SERVICIOS (Service Payments) and click on SERVICIOS ADUANEROS (Customs Services).
Select PAGO DE SERVICIOS (Service Payments) and click on SERVICIOS ADUANEROS (Customs Services).
Go to DEPÓSITOS TEMPORALES (Temporary Warehouses), select the company ECUACARGAS DEPÓSITOS TEMPORALES, and click.
The following information will appear, fill in all fields and in the "Additional email" box, write the email: auditoracalidad@ecuacargas.com.
Enter the security password, click on PAY, and then click ACCEPT in the pop-up window to confirm the payment.
