This document contains the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct of ECUACARGAS S.A.

This Code establishes a benchmark, so it does not cover all matters that may arise, but provides basic principles and a methodology that serves as a guide for achieving this common goal. Read the Code and consult it regularly. If you are unsure how to proceed or if you observe conduct that may possibly violate the Code, seek guidance from the Administrative Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager of the company.

- Behave in accordance with the highest ethical standards, be familiar with and comply with what is established in this Code, report all suspicions of violations of this Code, be vigilant to possible breaches of this Code, and cooperate with investigations into potential breaches of this Code.

- All employees who report in good faith alleged violations of this Code or other irregularities will be protected against retaliation.
